VINTAGE VERIFIED, SETUP, AND INSPECTED BY OUR TECH TEAM Weight: 7.1lbs Case Details: Original Hardshell Gibson Case Cosmetic Condition: Good condition with plenty of play-wear and mojo. Good amount of scratching and dings throughout. Some of the dings on the back of the neck can be felt while playing. Please read through our tech notes/mods and repairs section below as there are some cosmetic details outlined below as well Tech Notes: Guitar, Hardware, and Electronics were cleaned/tested and are functioning appropriately. Fretboard cleaned and frets polished. There is some fretwear throughout the fretboard, consistent with a guitar of this age. Doesn’t have an impact on the playability of the guitar/bending strings. Setup with minimal neck relief and medium/low action. There is some lift on the end of the fretboard where it meets the neck pocket and you will notice some light fretbuzz on the high e string above the 17th fret. Tuning pegs are lightly bent on the Low E, D, G strings and the A string tuner is a little stiff. All the tuning pegs properly hold tune and function. Electronics appear to be all original. Neck Pickup 7.80K Bridge Pickup 7.76K Mods or Repairs: Fretboard binding missing on underside of neck. Fretboard binding missing above fret 18 on the topside of the neck. At some point in time someone tried to install some other bridge (see attached photos of small holes added for bridge polepieces). There is an Epiphone compensated bridge replacement where the original bridge existed. There was a crack you can see from the electronic controls around the side by the output jack that was re-glued and is structurally stable. Also appears in the past there was a break off on the upper horn which was rebuilt/glued back in place (see attached photos). Foam added under bridge pickup to raise up to a more appropriate height/volume. Added non-original strap button by neck. Body had been re-finished at some point, but the neck is original/untouched.
