It shows only minor fret and fingerboard wear along the G/B/E strings and the first few frets, typical for a well-loved instrument of this age. The truss rod works perfectly, and its set up with minimal neck relief and comfortable medium/low action, with easy playability and consistent intonation across the entire neck. Mods/Repairs/Issues: Original nut replaced. G, A, and high e tuner are lightly bent when rotating, however functioning without issue. Non-original truss rod cover. Small wood block added behind strap button by neck to stabilize the screw.
