This is a great pool for the money, the only thing they could of done better was supply a tarp to go on the ground under the pool like the last 24′ pool I had came with. Also, don’t even attempt to use the pump supplied, it will not keep the pool clean. I recommend buying a intex Pump/Sandfilter combo. The cover will not last, it is good to keep krud out while you wait for water to get warm enough to swim but I did not buy this for a cover or the filter. Besides that I am very pleased with purchase, this is my 3rd pool going from 16′ to 24′ and now this 26′ so I knew what to expect. I see a lot of negative comment about the poles bending. This pool requires a lot of attention from start to completely full. It is close to 15,000 gallons which is about 125,000 lbs full so this is not a setup fill and swim kind of pool. You need to obviously make sure the ground is level but I highly recommend using concrete pavers to set the pool posts on or they will sink in to ground. As the pool fills it will expand easily 6″ overall which means if you don’t use pavers the poles will catch the ground and will not expand out causing them to be in a bind. After I had the pool full I used a jack and a 2×4 to gently lift up on each pole just enough to allow them to fully expand out. Not ideal by any means but no other way I can see to get the poles all to stand vertical when you have that much weight on them. You can also pull the bottom of the poles out as the pool fills every couple of inches but you would have to babysit it for a long time. I hope this helps someone buying this pool in the future, I got 4 years out of my 24 foot Coleman before it developed a leak, I hope I can get the same out of this one and I hope they still make it when I need to buy another.
