Description Blow Off Valve Filter GFB’s 5711 foam filter is designed to protect atmosphere-venting BOVs that operate in dirty environments. Manufactured in Australia by Uni Filter for GFB, the 5711 features a foam filter element with internal steel reinforcement to keep the dirt, sand, mud, and other debris out of your BOV! The large filter area is specifically sized to ensure minimum restriction to the blow off valve operation. Don’t underestimate how much air a BOV dumps in a very short amount of time – the small 25mm breather filters that other brands use significantly strangle the flow capacity of the BOV. Supplied with a stainless steel clamp, the 5711 filter can be installed onto any 38mm/1.5” BOV outlet, including our 5703 trumpet and 5238 recirc outlet. 5711 filter and 5703 trumpet shown fitted to SXV
