Hamilton Beach 5.5 Quart Digital Steamer

this is my second steamer. The last one I used it for about 8 years. The old steamer rack can use on this new one which I am very happy with. The steam trays are very sturdy. I recently dropped them on the floor and it did not crack. The size is perfect for steaming fish or some reheat items like rice. The small plastic tray comes with the steamer is perfect for steaming egg. I wish in the future Hamilton Beach offer the tray with metal and the price is more affordable. so I can directly put my veggie on top of the tray. I use foil or other metal plates I have to line between the plastic and the food. Overall, very very happy with the steamer. It is one of the must have for any kitchen or someone busy have no time to cook. Those trays are dishwasher safe.
