Kichler Hendrik 30″ 4 Light Rail Light with Satin Etched Cased Opal Brushed Nickel

Beautiful light! Do NOT follow the installation directions. I bought 2 of these and followed the instructions for the first light and it took 30 minutes to get the globes on and lightbulbs in.Follow these steps instead: Unpack the light and put it on something soft like a bed. Tilt it upward so that the light sockets are facing you. Put the globe in then the metal glove holder and then set the metal piece that screws over the socket down. If you have small fingers screw it in some and then use the provided tool to tighten it the rest of the way. Repeat for other 3 globes. Now add each lightbulb making sure to line up each prong with the larger holes and twist (small fingers help tremendously here).Now place the ceiling plate on top of the light where the wires are through the 2 holes on the light and screw the caps on. Adjust the screen height so that the caps are screwed in all the way and flush with the light. Unscrew the caps and remove the plate.Now install the light using the directions – power off, add new ceiling plate, attach wires (all the black wires go to the black wire, white wires to white and ground to the plate) and power back on. Screw the caps on and you are done!
